Standards & Testing

Commissioning & Quality Protocols

Our commissioning engineers operate in accordance with IEEE, IEC, and IS (Bureau of Indian Standards) testing procedures. All test data is documented in signed SAT reports submitted as part of the formal CEIG inspection dossier.

PROTOCOL 01

Dielectric & Insulation Testing

Hi-pot, insulation resistance (IR), and dielectric absorption ratio (DAR) testing for transformers, cables, and switchgear per IEC 60243 and IS 6792 standards.

PROTOCOL 02

Protection Relay Injection Testing

Secondary injection testing of numerical protection relays for overcurrent, differential, distance, and earth-fault functions using OMICRON CMC / Megger test sets.

PROTOCOL 03

BESS Round-Trip Efficiency Validation

Charge/discharge cycling tests to validate RTE, C-rate capability, SOC accuracy, and thermal management performance against contracted BESS performance guarantees.

PROTOCOL 04

SLDC Telemetry & Grid Synchronization

RTU/IED telemetry verification with SLDC and RLDC control centres, including SCADA data point list validation and final statutory synchronization under CEIG observation.
